Seaguard
SBS Seaguard is the perfect platform for ROV work, Dive, Guard, Crew Transfer, Survey and 24/7 liveaboard duties for projects.
SBS Seaguard is category 2 coded (but can be configured for category 1 if required),for 12 passengers and 3 crew, it is fitted with 2 x Viking 8 person Solas A life rafts and all necessary safety equipment.
On-board welfare facilities include; microwave, electric stove, toaster, kettle, 2 x toilets into septic tank, shower, fridge, freezer.
Accommodation is provided for 9 personnel in 6 cabins enabling the boat to carry out 24 hour operations.
- Fitted on the aft deck is a Palfinger PK 5200 S marine crane, which lifts 2800 kg @ 1.8 meters and a Hydraulic winch with 2 tonnes bollard pull
- 2 x Cummins KTA-38M, 779 kW/1950 rpm, ZF BW 255 hydraulic gearboxes with 2.03:1 reduction and fixed, four-bladed propellers.
- Fuel consumption: 200 litres per hour at 17 knots/1,700 rpm.
- Aux. Engine: 2 x Cummins 4B-3.9 with 30 kVA Marine Dieselite 30MDP457R-22/1M69B generators.
- Diesel – 7.2 m3 in four tanks and 200 litres in day tank.
- Full Galley facilities on board including Cooker, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave, vessel has large amounts of storage for food to enable it to stay at sea for long periods.
- Mess room / living area with comfortable seating, table and tv facilities
- 6 Cabins provide accommodation for 9 personnel, cabins are of various sizes and layouts, some have en suite / office facilities and all are installed with central heating.
